Welcome to Visera AI. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Visera AI mobile application available on iOS and Android (the “App”), operated by Meadowwave LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Visera AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must be at least 17 years old to use Visera AI.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. Accounts
To access certain features of Visera AI, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Content and Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of any images, photos, or other content you upload to Visera AI (“User Content”).
4.2 License to Us
By uploading User Content, you grant Meadowwave LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, limited license to use, process, display, and modify such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the App’s features, including facial analysis, filters, and personalized recommendations.
4.3 Restrictions
We do not:
Use your content outside of the App
Use your content to train AI models
Sell or license your content to third parties
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Visera AI offers monthly subscription plans.
All payments are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
Subscription pricing and billing terms are displayed at the time of purchase.
All purchases are non-refundable, except as required by the policies of the applicable app store.
No free trials are offered unless explicitly stated within the App.
You are responsible for managing subscriptions through your app store account.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the App to:
Upload or share nudity or sexually explicit content
Engage in harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior
Upload content that is illegal or violates applicable laws
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation or security
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this section.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Visera AI at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused the App.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Visera AI is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees or warranties regarding accuracy, outcomes, results, or user satisfaction.
The App provides visual analysis and recommendations for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, medical, or cosmetic advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meadowwave LLC shall not be liable for:
Dissatisfaction with results or recommendations
Perceived changes in appearance
Emotional reactions or personal interpretations of analysis
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
